POK KAI

‘Pok Kai’.. in cantonese. In this case, there is a double meaning. The first, means bankrupt. The other meaning fall flat on the ground, so to speak.

And yes, today i ‘pok kai’ in front of Pan Regency. Was delivering magazines to Luna bar but i missed one of the steps and tripped and so there i went down gracefully and luckily din hurt my face :) I managed to use my ‘kung fu’ skill and landed on my left forearm. Now internally bruised. Nothing embarassing about it. The bell boy was so concerned that i told him i had not fell for a long time.

I went for this Leonard Drake’s prize giving ceremony event just now and the winner took away RM20,000 in cash and a pearl necklace worth RM 12k. The winner has been going for treatment for 16 yrs!! gosh.. that is a real investment and a very loyal customer. So, 16yrs ago, treatments were also popular then, i didn’t know. I only started using salon brands for skincare products last year. Ah…a bit too late. some of my fine lines and wrinkles cannot be helped liao…sigh.
